PRIVACY POLICY

1.1. This document will explain how we use your personal data in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and with Hungary’s Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information(hereinafter the “Privacy Act”)

1.2. In this Privacy Policy, you will find all relevant information applicable to our use of the personal data of our users (“Users”), regardless whether you interact with us online or personally.

1.3. We undertake that during the data processing procedure, we will be fully transparent and inform you.

2.2. As data controllers we are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal data is processes in accordance with the GDPR.

3. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?

3.1. “Personal data” as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Article 6 of the GDPR established the cases in which the personal data of the Data Subjects may be managed:

Considering the nature of the activity of the Company, the legal basis of the data management is primarily the freely given. We summarize the legal basis of our data processing:

6. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

In general, we process your personal data for the time required for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or for the period specified by the relevant regulations. Consequently, the time for which we store your data depends on the purposes for which we process the data (and partially the legal basis of the data processing), as summarized in the below table:

We will process your data occasionally for the time during which we proceed to carry out a specific quality action.

We keep the personal data duly stored and protected in compliance with the legislation in force. Once the deadline of each potential actions expires, we will duly delete your personal data.

7. SHARING THE PERSONAL DATA

In the course of our operation to be able to provide you with our services we may utilise the services of third-party service providers, who may act as data processors in relation to your personal data.
The third-party service providers – who provide us with support in the services that we offer you – are:
(i) Logistic, transport and delivery partners and service providers to deliver the product that you purchased;
(ii) Payment service providers and other financial institutions to process the payments you initiated;
(iii) Email service provider platform, in order to facilitate communication with you after purchase and to send you marketing materials and promotional actions;
(iv) Technological service providers;
(v) Other third-party service providers involved by us for data processing.

Our data processors shall process the personal data pursuant to the data processing agreement concluded between our company and the data processor, or until they are required to keep your data under the applicable data retention laws. The data processor is not allowed to engage another data processor without our prior specific or general written authorisation.

8. RIGHTS

Pursuant to the applicable regulation, regardless of the purpose or legal basis of the data processing, you have the following data processing-related rights:

You have right to information concerning the processing of your personal data, therefore you are entitled to request information from us about how we handle your personal data and what are your rights in this regard.
2. Right of Access
You may request us any time to provide you with access to the data we have available on you.
3. Right to rectification
You are entitled to request us to rectify delay your inaccurate personal data that we have available on you, furthermore considering the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have your incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

4. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

9. COOKIES

We may automatically record the IP address of the computer of the visitor, the starting date and time of the visit, or in certain cases – depending on the settings of the computer – the type of the browser and the operating system. The data so recorded cannot be linked with the other personal data. The management of the data serves statistical purposes exclusively.

The cookies help both us and the operator of the website in optimizing the website, and in developing the services of the website in accordance with the customs of the visitor. If the we displays different contents on the website with the help of external web-based services, then that may result in the storage of several cookies which are not supervised by the Promo Service Kft., therefore the company has no influence on the kind of data these websites or external domains collect. Information on these cookies is provide in the policies applicable to the service concerned.

We uses the cookies to display advertisements to the user through Google and Facebook. The data management is carried out without human intervention.
