If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and you wish to organise a return, exchange or refund of any item please send us an email at

You must return any products within 14 days of receiving them to receive your refund or exchange. All items must be returned new, unused and with the original packaging. Please, note that only unworn goods, sent back to us in their original packaging are eligible for a return.  Items that have been broken in, are scratched, unclean or damaged when returned will be offered to be mailed back at the buyer’s expense, and no refund or exchange will be given. This policy does not allow for any exceptions.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend shipping your return with a tracked service as we do not refund for any items lost in shipping.

How to return your goods

A)      Pack the items carefully, if possible in their original packaging. Send the package with a shipping company of your choice to the following address:

B)      Contact us if you want to bring back the product in person so we can give you an appointment.


In case of choosing the wrong size, the return fee and re-shipment fee is coverd the buyer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. You will be notified if your return has been rejected. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days, depending on your banking service.
